Returns and Refunds

We Want You To be Happy! 

We rarely have garments returned so before ordering and to offer the best possible fit and sizing options, please read our Ordering page before placing an order to avoid garments not fitting properly.



With online orders, we are happy to offer a refund on stock items as long as they are returned in their original packaging in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days of purchase. 

Customers will need to pay the return postage costs which are not refundable and you will need proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.


Bespoke/Made To Fit  

We cannot refund garments that have been made to order, (bespoke and made to the customers requirements). However we do want you to be happy so we can offer a credit note for goods that are returned in perfect, unworn condition in their original packaging.  

With certain bespoke orders, we cannot offer a refund once fabric has been cut. Please note that once we receive and acknowledge your order, the fabric is cut and reserved within 24 hours so refunds cannot be given after this time if you change your mind.

Again, we want you to be satisfied so we will offer a credit note towards future purchases.
