Returns and Refunds


With our Boutique Collection, most sizes are in stock in which case orders are dispatched within 48 hours. In the case of garments which are bespoke, made to order or made to the customers specification, it generally takes 7-14 days but at peak times such as Christmas we advise that you order early as orders can take slightly longer to arrive.

All our garments are sent out in ready to hang plastic garment protection bags inside a plain royal bag.  

All deliveries are sent tracked via Royal Mail and must be signed for. Please go to our ORDERING page to learn more about how to order.


We can post overseas but we will need to work out shipping charges depending where you live prior to ordering. Please contact us so we can help.  


Our garments are not made in a factory or mass produced so they're not an instant product. If you need something in a hurry simply ring or email us and we'll do all we can to process your order so that it's with you when you need it. 


We understand the shape of women and know how much sizes can vary. Our sizes are Western so generally they are reliable fit. If you're not sure of your size, please refer to our size guide or alternatively email us with your measurements and we'll be happy to guide towards the right size. If your size isn't shown, we may be able to help subject to stocks being available. Again ring or email us, we are always happy to help where we can. 


Currently we send our orders postage free within the UK mainland. Overseas orders are welcome but please email us for shipping costs. All orders are tracked and sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature. Deliveries cannot be left with neighbours or elsewhere without the permission of the customer in writing. ALL PARCELS MUST BE SIGNED FOR.



If you need sleeves or hemlines shorter or longer on tops, skirts, jackets and trousers, please simply tell us what length you require at no extra cost.


We are happy to offer a refund on stock items as long as they are returned in their original packaging in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days of purchase. 

Customers will need to pay the return postage costs which are not refundable.  

We cannot refund garments that have been made to order, bespoke or made to the customers requirements. However we do want you to be happy so we can offer a credit note for goods that are returned in perfect, unworn condition in their original packaging.  

With certain bespoke orders, we cannot offer a refund once fabric has been cut. Please note that once we receive and acknowledge your order, the fabric is cut and reserved within 24 hours so refunds cannot be given after this time if you change your mind. Again, we want you to be satisfied and can offer a credit note towards future purchases.
