Delivery, Returns and Refunds

DELIVERY

Our products are all MADE TO ORDER and may take between 7- 14 days to deliver.

From when you place your order, we will stay in touch with you to let you know the various stages of your order being processed.

When your order is ready to be despatched, we will contact you to let you know it's on it's way and provide you with a tracking number.

Your order will be fulfilled once it's been delivered. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND THEREFORE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

UNLESS -

The item is -

• faulty
• does not meet it's description
• is not fit for purpose

Customers will need to pay the return postage costs, which will be refundable if any of the above applies, and you will need proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, new and unused in original packaging.

IN SOME CASES WE CAN OFFER AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE.

We do want you to be happy, love your purchase and keep shopping with us. If you've made an error by ordering the wrong item or if it doesn't work for you, we will accept it back and either exchange it or offer you a credit note.
