A note from Nina

After 20 years of designing a clothing label, and due to a problem with premises, I have put the clothing label into hibernation for a while and gone back to my first love, which is home design.

Before I designed a clothing label, I was/am, an interior designer. Before I switched to fashion, I was also a surface pattern designer, seamstress, embroiderer and textile designer producing my own hand printed fabrics with hand drawn designs. 

I had a beautiful shop in a lovely market town and I designed a range of soft furnishings, (home couture), hand printed fabrics and ideas for the home. I also designed a exclusive range of hand made Christmas decorations. These were really special and often found themselves travelling in suitcases to adorn homes around the world.

Working with colour, textures and high end, quality fabrics has always been my art and my greatest canvas has always been the home.

My thoughts have always been that a home should be a retreat space and place which nurtures and tends the soul. 

A place where comfort, rest and simple living, grace our every day lives in a way that makes us feel as though home is where our hearts truly belong. 

Home is not only where we live but it's where we should be able to thrive and enjoy being in our own personal space which nourishes us and allows us to close the door and leave the world behind.

I am now taking some time out from my fashion career to revisit my passion for creating what I call home couture. Hand printed, hand sewn fabrics, soft furnishings, accessories and decorative ideas to make your home the special place you truly want it to be. Not a palace or show home, but a home that loves you back, reflects your own style and tastes and makes you feel like it's your own uniquely crafted space.

So stay tuned. By the early part of next year, 2026, hopefully my latest designs for the home will start to appear here on our web site.
